Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance our company’s market presence. This role involves creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Sunstar Paint Booths & Auto Equipment products and services.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and sharing relevant content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and strategies that support sales objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make improvements.
• Coordinate and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the company website with current product information, news, and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
