Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Equipment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining paint booths and other automotive equipment at client locations. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install paint booths and automotive equipment at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Perform maintenance and repair services on installed equipment as needed.
• Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance.
• Provide customer training on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and maintenance.
• Travel to various customer locations as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Equipment Installer, Service Technician, or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
