Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential improvements.
  • Support sales team with customer-related tasks and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive equipment and products is an advantage.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
