Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell Sunstar Paint Booths & Auto Equipment products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
