We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our warehouse operations.

Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. Attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Unload, unpack, and store materials and products in designated areas.
• Pick and pack orders for shipping according to company standards.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse practices and methods.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various warehouse conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
